COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (February 5, 2026) – Monday afternoon, a devastating head-on crash on Highway 115 near East Cheyenne Mountain Boulevard killed two people.

The incident happened at around 2:16 p.m. on Highway 115 near East Cheyenne Mountain Boulevard.

According to the Colorado Springs Police Department, a southbound vehicle crossed the center line and collided head-on with a northbound vehicle. Then, a third vehicle collided with the two earlier vehicles.

Moreover, officers confirmed that two people died in the crash. Then, paramedics transported the driver of the third vehicle to a hospital with minor injuries.
