AUSTIN, TX (September 25, 2024) – Tuesday morning, a devastating motorcycle crash near Avenue F and East Koenig Lane killed 1 person.

The incident between a motorcycle and a Capital Metro bus happened at around 8:00 a.m. near Avenue F and East Koenig Lane.

Austin-Travis County EMS (ATCEMS) confirmed that one person was pronounced dead at the scene, while another individual was transported to Dell Seton Medical Center with minor injuries.

CapMetro stated that it is working closely with ATCEMS, the Austin Police Department, and the Austin Fire Department.
