COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (July 9, 2026) – Sunday night, a rider died in a devastating motorcycle crash on Dublin Boulevard and Union Boulevard.

The incident involving a pickup truck and a motorcycle happened at around 10:00 p.m. at the intersection of Dublin Boulevard and Union Boulevard.

Police said a motorcyclist died after colliding with a pickup truck.

According to the preliminary investigation, the motorcycle was traveling northbound on Union Boulevard when it struck a westbound pickup truck.

The rider was transported to a hospital with possible life-threatening injuries but later died despite medical treatment.

Meanwhile, the intersection remained closed for about four and a half hours, from approximately 10:30 p.m. until 3 a.m., while investigators processed the scene.

The motorcyclist’s identity has not been released. The crash remains under investigation.
