TEMECULA, CA (September 24, 2026) – Wednesday afternoon, a rider died in a devastating motorcycle crash on Glen Oaks Road near Bella Vista Road.

The incident involving a motorcyclist and a commercial delivery vehicle happened at about 1:38 p.m. on Glen Oaks Road near Bella Vista Road, said the California Highway Patrol.

The rider, whose identity was not released, was thrown into a roadside ditch following the collision. Riverside County Fire Department crews arrived a few minutes later and found the motorcyclist in grave condition.

Paramedics attempted life-saving measures and requested a helicopter for emergency transport, but the victim was pronounced dead at the scene shortly afterward.

The FedEx driver was apparently not injured.

CHP partially closed Glen Oaks while officers conducted a preliminary investigation.
