1 Person Dead in Cajon Pass Motorcycle Accident on Interstate 15 near Summit Avenue

CAJON PASS, CA (December 22, 2025) – Friday afternoon, a devastating motorcycle crash on Interstate 15 near Summit Avenue killed one person.

The incident happened at around 4:24 p.m. on Interstate 15 near Summit Avenue.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a black Honda motorcycle traveling at a high rate of speed was struck in the number 3 lane of Interstate 15. Then, a semi struck the motorcyclist who was already on the pavement.

Moreover, responders rushed the motorcyclist to a hospital, where the patient was later pronounced dead.

Furthermore, officers confirmed that a red Ford F-150 towing a trailer was also involved in the crash.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the CHP continued investigating the crash.
