Manteca, CA (February 4, 2026) – A 17-year-old boy suffered serious injuries Tuesday afternoon after a crash on Main Street between an off-road dirt bike and a semi-truck, authorities said.

The crash occurred shortly before 5 p.m. at the intersection of Main Street and Yosemite Avenue.

According to police, the teenager was riding the dirt bike southbound on Main Street when a semi-truck turned west onto Yosemite Avenue, causing the two vehicles to collide.

First responders arrived to find the teen briefly trapped beneath the truck. Emergency crews extricated him from the vehicle and transported him to a local hospital for treatment. Authorities said the teen suffered serious injuries to one of his legs.
