2 People Injured in San Bernardino Auto Accident near Highland Avenue and Genevieve Street

SAN BERNARDINO, CA (August 7, 2025) – Last August 1st, a disastrous 2-vehicle crash near Highland Avenue and Genevieve Street led to injuries.

The incident happened at around 11:19 p.m. on Highland Avenue and Genevieve Street.

San Bernardino Police, County Fire, and AMR responded to a two-vehicle crash near Highland Avenue and Genevieve Street that involved a driver trapped inside a white van.

Firefighters extricated the van’s driver and transported him to a local hospital with injuries of unknown severity. The other driver was also taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Police closed Highland Avenue between North Sierra Way and Genevieve Street during the investigation. The cause of the crash has not yet been determined.
