Injuries Reported in Ridgecrest Auto Accident on China Lake Boulevard and Ward Avenue

RIDGECREST, CA (November 12, 2025) – Monday afternoon, a disastrous 2-vehicle crash on China Lake Boulevard and Ward Avenue injured 2 people.

The incident happened at 3:07 p.m. on China Lake Boulevard and Ward Avenue.

A white 1990s Ford Explorer collided with a late-model Toyota Crown Signia in an intersection, causing the Explorer to crash into a Ram 1500 that was stopped at the light.

The Ram remained drivable, but both the Ford and Toyota required towing.

The drivers of those two vehicles were taken to the hospital by ambulance. Southbound China Lake Boulevard was closed for most of the 3 o’clock hour while crews cleared the scene.
