CASS COUNTY, MO (July 6, 2025) – Friday, a disastrous 2-vehicle crash on Missouri Highway 2 near Famuliner Road injured 3.

The incident happened just after 10:30 a.m. on Missouri Highway 2 near Famuliner Road.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a pickup truck driven by a 61-year-old man from Pleasant Hill was traveling eastbound when it crossed the centerline and collided head-on with another pickup truck driven by a 47-year-old man from Bolivar, who was heading westbound.

Both drivers, along with a 53-year-old woman from Greenwood who was a passenger in the Pleasant Hill truck, sustained serious injuries in the crash. 

Authorities confirmed that none of the individuals involved were wearing seat belts at the time of the incident.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
