3 People Injured in Disastrous 2-Vehicle Crash on Missouri Highway 7 [Clinton, MO]

Injuries Reported in Clinton Auto Accident on Missouri Highway 7 and Southeast 571st Road

CLINTON, MO (April 23, 2025) – Monday, a disastrous 2-vehicle crash on Missouri Highway 7 and Southeast 571st Road.

The incident happened just before 8:30 on Missouri Highway 7, east of Southeast 571st Road in Clinton.

A head-on crash on Highway 7 left three people hospitalized, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Troopers said a 36-year-old man from Humansville was driving a pickup northbound and attempted to pass another vehicle when he collided head-on with a southbound SUV.

The SUV driver, a 52-year-old woman from St. Joseph, and her passenger, a 52-year-old woman from Omaha, Nebraska, both suffered serious injuries. The pickup driver had moderate injuries.

All three were taken to Research Hospital in Kansas City for treatment.
