Eureka Injury Traffic Crash on 6th Street and H Street

EUREKA, CA (June 3, 2026) – Tuesday afternoon, ambulances responded to a disastrous auto accident on 6th Street and H Street.

Reports confirmed that the incident happened at the intersection of 6th Street and H Street.

Westbound traffic on 6th Street was shut down at I Street, while H Street was closed between 5th and 6th Streets. Motorists were advised to avoid the area.

Scanner traffic indicated that two tow trucks were requested, and at least one vehicle sustained major front-end damage.

Four infants were reportedly involved in the crash, one in one vehicle and three inside a Ford Expedition.

Two ambulances were dispatched to the scene. No details have been released on the number or severity of injuries.
