COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (June 14, 2026) – Saturday morning, a disastrous fire engine crash on Tejon Street and Bijou Street injured nine people.

The incident happened at around 10:00 a.m. on Tejon Street and Bijou Street.

According to reports, a westbound Bustang bus collided with Engine 3 of the Colorado Springs Fire Department that was responding to a report. Then, the force of the crash caused a chain reaction crash involving two more vehicles.

Moreover, responders transported four firefighters and five occupants of the bus to a hospital for treatment.
