3 People Hospitalized in Laredo Auto Accident on Highway 359 and North India Avenue

LAREDO, TX (May 25, 2025) – Saturday afternoon, a disastrous head-on crash on Highway 359 and North India Avenue injured three people.

The incident happened at around 3:00 p.m. on Highway 359 and North India Avenue.

According to reports, two vehicles, including a pickup truck, collided head-on for still unknown reasons. Then, one of the vehicles erupted into flames after the collision.

Moreover, responders rushed the driver and a 72-year-old passenger of the pickup to a hospital in critical condition. Then, paramedics transported a 20-year-old to LMC in critical but stable condition.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified. 

Due to limited information, the Laredo Police Department’s crash team continued investigating the crash.
