ST FRANCOIS COUNTY, MO (November 20, 2025) – Saturday afternoon, a disastrous head-on crash on Missouri K near Lambeth Road injured one person.

The incident happened at around 12:30 p.m. on Missouri K near Lambeth Road.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2013 Chevrolet Captiva crossed the center line and collided head-on with an eastbound 2013 Ford F-350.

Moreover, Air Evac airlifted the 35-year-old female driver of the Captiva to Mercy Hospital St Louis, with serious injuries. Then, paramedics transported the 39-year-old male driver of the Ford to Parkland Health Center with moderate injuries.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
