2 People Hurt in Fort Worth Pedestrian Accident on Wichita Street and Knox Street

FORT WORTH, TX (May 26, 2025) – Sunday morning, a disastrous hit-and-run crash on Wichita Street and Knox Street injured two people.

The incident happened at around 1:35 a.m. at the intersection of Wichita Street and Knox Street.

According to the Fort Worth Police Department, a vehicle struck two people and then fled the scene without stopping to provide aid.

Moreover, responders transported the two victims to a hospital with serious injuries.

Furthermore, officers believe that one of the victims was attempting to remove the other from the roadway when they were both struck by a vehicle.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified. 

Due to limited information, the Fort Worth Traffic Investigation Unit continued investigating the crash.
