RESEDA, CA (July 30, 2026) – Tuesday night, a man was hospitalized after a disastrous pedestrian crash on Reseda Boulevard and Devonshire Street.

The crash involving a man struck by a Toyota sedan happened at 9:16 p.m. on Reseda Boulevard and Devonshire Street, Los Angeles Police Department Officer Kevin Terzes said.

Responders took the man to a hospital by ambulance for treatment of injuries, Terzes added.

According to authorities, the crash is being investigated as a possible hit-and-run.

Paramedics treated the victim at the scene before transporting him to a hospital in critical condition.

Video from the scene showed a blue Toyota sedan parked nearby with emergency lights activated and a shattered windshield consistent with striking a person or object.

The investigation remains ongoing.
