LUBBOCK, TX (May 3, 2026) – Friday morning, a disastrous police chase crash near 82nd Street and Frankford Avenue injured four people.

The incident happened at around 12:20 a.m. near 82nd Street and Frankford Avenue.

According to the Lubbock Police Department, a vehicle involved in a police chase lost control and crashed into a light police.

Moreover, officers said that the driver and front seat passenger of the vehicle sustained minor injuries in the crash. Also, paramedics transported two backseat passengers of the vehicle to a hospital with moderate injuries.
