COLUMBIA, MO (January 30, 2025) – Wednesday night, a disastrous propane truck crash on Interstate 70 near Rangeline Street injured two people.

The incident happened at around 7:30 p.m. on Interstate 70 eastbound, near the on-ramp from Rangeline Street.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash involved three vehicles, including a tractor-trailer transporting propane.

Moreover, responders transported two people to a local hospital with moderate injuries.

Furthermore, the crash closed Interstate 70 eastbound through Columbia but has long since reopened.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the MSHP continued investigating the crash.
