EL PASO, TX (December 23, 2025) – Sunday night, a disastrous rollover crash on Interstate 10 near Geronimo sent 3 people to the hospital.

The incident happened at around 8:15 p.m. on Interstate 10 East near Geronimo.

A spokesperson said a vehicle caught fire, rolled off the highway, and landed on Gateway East.

One person was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, while two others were transported with non-life-threatening injuries.

The Texas Department of Transportation reported that all eastbound lanes of I-10 were closed for several hours following the crash. The lanes reopened just before 4 a.m. Monday.
