SAN ANTONIO, TX (February 23, 2026) – Saturday night, a 19-year-old man was injured in a disastrous rollover crash on Southwest Loop 410.

The incident occurred just before 9:00 p.m. in the 10900 block of Southwest Loop 410.

Police said the man was driving a 2010 Honda Civic when an unknown vehicle struck him, causing him to lose control.

According to SAPD, the Honda crossed a grassy median and came to rest on the access road.

The driver was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
