ANTHONY, TX (November 16, 2025) – Thursday night, a disastrous semi truck crash on Interstate 10 near Mile Marker 0 injured one person.

The incident happened at around 11:09 p.m. on Interstate 10 near Mile Marker 0.

According to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, a truck collided with a semi-truck for still unknown reasons. Then, the force of the crash pushed the truck to roll over.

Moreover, responders airlifted the truck driver to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Furthermore, the crash closed North Desert Boulevard from the Westway exit (Exit 2) to the Anthony exit (Exit 0).

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office continued investigating the crash.
