LOMPOC, CA (October 12, 2023) – Wednesday afternoon, a disastrous UTV crash on San Miguelito Road near Sudden Road injured three people.

The incident happened at around 2:00 p.m. at the wind farm off San Miguelito Road near Sudden Road.

According to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department, a UTV lost control and rolled over for still unknown reasons.

As a result, a coworker of the victim used a water tender and a chain to lift the UTV off the victim. Then, paramedics airlifted the male UTV driver to a hospital with unknown injuries. Also, two other people were transported to a hospital via private vehicles.
