HOUSTON, TX (August 6, 2025) – Monday morning, a disastrous wrong-way crash on Interstate 45 near 610 Freeway injured two people.

The incident happened at around 1:00 a.m. on Interstate 45 near 610 Freeway.

According to the Houston Police, a northbound blue Ford F-150 traveling in the southbound lanes collided head-on with another vehicle. Then, a third vehicle crashed due to the debris from the initial accident.

Moreover, responders rushed the two occupants of the second vehicle to a trauma center with moderate injuries.

Furthermore, officers arrested the wrong-way driver, pending unknown charges.
