Driver Dies in State Route 26 Semi-Truck Crash [Soap Lake, WA]

Soap Lake, WA (July 16, 2021) – On Thursday, a passenger vehicle driver died in State Route 26 semi-truck crash.

The fatal accident happened at 6:20 a.m. east of Soap Lake.

Officers said the passenger vehicle driver was severely injured, but still alive when LifeFlight arrived to the scene.

However, attempts to save the driver’s life were unsuccessful and he died at the scene.

Investigating officers are still working on the State Route 26 semi-truck crash.
