Las Cruces, NM (May 7, 2025) – 67-year-old Freddie Mosley was killed in an Interstate 10 E collision Tuesday morning.

It was about 8:30 a.m. when the deadly crash happened at mile marker 117, approximately 17 miles west of Las Cruces.

Investigators said Freddie Mosley rear-ended another commercial truck and Mosley was declared dead at the scene.

The driver and passenger in the other truck were rushed to a local hospital in unknown condition.

Investigators closed the I-10 East for about five hours and reopened at around 1 p.m.

Officers are still investigating the cause of the collision.
