Driver Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on Grant Line Road and Lincoln Boulevard [Tracy, CA]

1 Hospitalized in Tracy Auto Accident on Grant Line Road and Lincoln Boulevard

 
TRACY, CA (January 20, 2021) – Monday morning, a driver sustained injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Grant Line Road and Lincoln Boulevard.
 
According to authorities, a westbound tractor-trailer truck collided with a Honda sedan in the westbound lanes of Grant Line Road. Then, officers found the wrecked sedan facing south in the crosswalk near the middle of the intersection with Lincoln Boulevard.
 
Responding crews from South San Joaquin County Fire Authority firefighters extricated the trapped driver of the sedan from the vehicle.
 
Meanwhile, paramedics transported the sedan driver, a Tracy resident, to a hospital with critical injuries.
 
Also, the tractor-trailer driver remained at the scene to cooperate with the authorities.
 
Officers closed the road to give way to the department’s traffic unit conducting an investigation.
 
Furthermore, reports revealed that both vehicles involved in the crash were towed to the city corporation yard awaiting further investigation.
 
All roads were reopened to motorists just afternoon.
