When a loved one dies in a single-vehicle collision, surviving relatives may still have many questions about what happened, why the vehicle left the roadway, and whether any outside factors contributed to the tragedy.
These moments are painful, and families deserve compassion, clarity, and support as they begin to process their loss.
At Sweet Lawyers, we extend our deepest condolences to the family and friends of the driver who lost their life in this Odessa crash. No legal action can replace a loved one, but a wrongful death claim may help families seek answers and financial support after a fatal collision.
Depending on the circumstances, compensation may include funeral expenses, medical costs, loss of companionship, lost financial support, emotional suffering, and other damages allowed under the law.
Even single-vehicle crashes can require careful investigation. Important evidence may include police reports, roadway conditions, vehicle damage, traffic light pole damage, skid marks, maintenance records, witness statements, surveillance footage, medical findings, and any available dash camera or traffic camera video.
