Passenger Injured in Garland Deadly Off-Road Vehicle Crash

Garland, TX (April 4, 2026) – An ATV driver, 46-year-old Paul Terry, was killed, and his 41-year-old passenger was injured in an accident on Marquis Drive Wednesday night.

It was past 10 p.m. when the fatal crash happened at the 3600 block area.

Responding officers located two adult men with injuries and an overturned four-wheel all-terrain vehicle.

According to the investigators, Terry and his passenger were riding the ATV in a grassy area but it overturned during a turn.

Police declared one of the men, Terry, dead at the crash scene.

The 41-year-old ATV passenger sustained serious injuries and was rushed to an area hospital.
