Drivers Injured in W 36th Avenue Fiery Crash [Kennewick, WA]

Kennewick, WA (February 23, 2026) – Two drivers were injured in a W 36th Avenue fiery crash on Friday.

Troopers said the traffic collision happened at the intersection with S Ely Street.

Two drivers walked away with minor injuries after a two-vehicle crash sparked a vehicle fire on February 20, 2026, at an intersection in Kennewick.

According to the authorities, a driver ran a stop sign and collided with another vehicle.

The force sent one of the vehicles off the roadway and into a grassy area, where it caught fire.

Both drivers were freed from the wreck and sustained minor injuries.

Troopers said one of the vehicles sustained severe damage.
