Suspected DUI Collision on El Evado Road Injures 4 People [Victorville, CA]

Victorville, CA (February 12, 2026) — A suspected DUI-related collision on El Evado Road sent four people to the hospital on Tuesday afternoon in Victorville.

According to authorities, the collision happened around 12:31 p.m. at the intersection of El Evado Road and La Mesa Road.

Investigators said a black Kia Forte was traveling northbound on El Evado Road when it entered the intersection against a red light and struck a white Hyundai Palisade moving westbound on La Mesa Road. The impact pushed the Kia forward, where it hit a black Mercedes stopped in the southbound lanes. The Hyundai then left the roadway and crashed into a chain-link fence at a nearby home.

Deputies reported finding tanks of nitrous oxide and open alcohol containers inside the Kia Forte, leading authorities to investigate the crash as a possible DUI incident. Three people in the Kia and the driver of the Hyundai were taken to a local hospital. Officials have not released their conditions.

The Victorville Police Department continues to investigate the crash.
