Driver Arrested After DUI Crash on Hageman and Allen Roads in Bakersfield

BAKERSFIELD, CA (January 16, 2026) — Authorities arrested a 19-year-old Ivory Marie Bross following a suspected DUI crash on Hageman and Allen Roads that caused injuries on Friday morning in northwest Bakersfield.

The incident occurred around 7:12 a.m. at the intersection of Hageman Road and Allen Road. 

According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), a Toyota was stopped at a red light on southbound Allen Road when it was rear-ended by an Infiniti sedan traveling in the same direction.

The Infiniti driver, identified as Ivory Marie Bross, allegedly failed to stop and slammed into the Toyota. The impact caused minor injuries to the Toyota’s driver, who was treated at the scene.

Bross was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. CHP records also show that she previously pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor public intoxication charge in February 2025.

An investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
