Ashley Grueschow Arrested after DUI Crash on State Highway 174 in Hill County
Hill County, TX (November 17, 2023) – On Tuesday, a male motorcyclist died in a crash on State Highway 174.
Reportedly, Ashley Grueschow from Tolar, Texas, faces a charge of intoxication manslaughter and has been incarcerated in the Hill County Jail.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a Ford Edge traveling westbound on State Highway 174, near Blum, veered onto the wrong side of the road, resulting in a collision with an eastbound Harley Davidson motorcycle.
The motorcyclist was airlifted to Texas Health Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth, where he was declared dead.
The victim’s identity remains undisclosed.
The Texas DPS spokesman revealed that, during the investigation, it was determined that Grueschow was intoxicated.
Subsequently, she was arrested and taken into custody. A bond of $750,000 was set for her release.
