Passenger Dustin Cole of Piedmont Injured in Vehicle Crash on Route HH [Wayne County, MO]

Wayne County, MO (September 3, 2024) – 29-year-old Dustin Cole of Piedmont was injured in a vehicle crash on Route HH Sunday afternoon.

The traffic accident happened at about 4:30 p.m. five miles west of Piedmont.

MSHP said a 2007 GMC Yukon ran off the right side of the road and struck multiple road signs and a tree.

The driver was not hurt in the collision but the passenger, Dustin Cole, was taken to the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center with serious injuries.

Officers said it is unknown if Cole was wearing a seat belt during the crash.
