Driver Arrested in Fatal Collision in San Angelo

San Angelo, TX (July 5, 2024) – 41-year-old Dustin Patino was killed in a DWI crash on Enclave Court Saturday evening.

It was about 6:16 p.m. on June 29 when the fatal collision happened in the 5500 block area.

Police officers said a golf cart operated by 28-year-old Emilee Krieger caused a serious accident that seriously injured her passenger, Dustin Patino.

Immediately, the medical team rushed Patino to Shannon Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries July 2.

Krieger consented to a breathalyzer test that confirmed her blood alcohol concentration was above the legal limit. The authorities arrested and charged her with intoxication assault.
