Eber Sanchez and Cesar Eduardo Martinez Jr Die in McColl Road Tragic Crash [McAllen, TX]

McAllen, TX (June 14, 2025) — Early Friday morning, a two-vehicle collision on South McColl Road in McAllen claimed the lives of Eber Sanchez and Cesar Eduardo Martinez Jr.

According to local police, the crash happened around 5:30 a.m. in the 6400 block of South McColl Road. Investigators said the collision involved a Chevrolet Colorado and a Chevrolet Tahoe.

Authorities identified the driver of the Chevrolet Colorado as 22-year-old Sanchez of Pharr and the driver of the Chevrolet Tahoe as 41-year-old Martinez of Hidalgo. Both men died as a result of the crash.

Police continue to investigate the circumstances that led to the collision.
