Phoenix, AZ (December 4, 2025) – Essence Felicia Stevenson, 27, was fatally injured following a 41st Avenue accident Monday evening.

The deadly crash happened around 7:15 p.m. near Camelback Road.

Detectives said Stevenson was crossing Camelback Road mid-block when a westbound vehicle struck her.

Stevenson was seriously injured and was rushed to the hospital, where she was later declared dead.

Officers don’t believe impairment played a role in the collision.
