TUCSON, AZ (January 11, 2026) – Friday night, a fatal auto-pedestrian crash on Valencia Road near Casino del Sol killed one person.

The incident happened on Valencia Road near Casino del Sol.

According to the Pima County Sheriff’s Department, a westbound vehicle struck a pedestrian for still unknown reasons. Then, a second westbound vehicle struck the victim, who was already down the pavement.

Moreover, responders pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene.
