The incident happened on State Route 69.

According to reports, a car veered across the median and collided head-on with a white pickup truck. Then, the car erupted into flames after the collision.

Moreover, officers confirmed that a passenger of the vehicle, identified as 14-year-old Hakim Hadzic, died in the crash. Then, paramedics transported the drivers of both vehicles to a local trauma center with serious injuries.
