SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA (February 5, 2026) – On Tuesday, a fatal pedestrian crash on Richmond Drive near Central Park killed one person.

The incident happened at around 3:00 p.m. on Richmond Drive near Central Park.

According to the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office, a vehicle struck a 90-year-old female pedestrian for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders rushed the victim to a hospital where she was later pronounced dead.
