1 Person Dead in Hayward Multi-Vehicle Accident near Hayward Boulevard and Civic Avenue

HAYWARD, CA (March 10, 2025) – Saturday night, a fatal three-vehicle crash near Hayward Boulevard and Civic Avenue killed one person.

The incident happened at around 9:30 p.m. near the intersection of Hayward Boulevard and Civic Avenue.

According to reports, the crash involved three vehicles.

Moreover, authorities confirmed that a female occupant of the first vehicle died in the crash. Then, paramedics transported an 18-year-old female passenger of the first vehicle with critical injuries, and a juvenile male in stable condition, to a hospital for treatment.

Also, officers confirmed that the 21-year-old male driver of the second vehicle sustained minor injuries. In contrast, the 37-year-old male driver of the third vehicle complained of minor injuries but was not transported to a hospital.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
