SAN ANTONIO, TX (May 28, 2025) – Tuesday afternoon, a fatal vehicle crash on Interstate 10 near Wurzbach Road killed one person.

The incident happened around 2:15 p.m. along the Interstate 10 access road near Wurzbach Road.

According to the San Antonio Police Department, the crash involved a single vehicle, but the San Antonio Fire Department said it was a two-vehicle crash.

Moreover, authorities confirmed that one person died in the incident.
