Fatality Reported in Horrific 3-Car Collision on Texas Avenue [College Station, TX]

College Station, TX (November 15, 2024) On Thursday, a person lost their life after a horrific 3-car collision on Texas Avenue.

According to the College Station Police Department (CSPD), the deadly incident happened at the intersection with Southwest Parkway.

Reports say that the three-vehicle collision resulted in one fatality.

Police responded to the crash at the intersection of Southwest Parkway and Texas Avenue. The incident prompted traffic diversions, with northbound traffic redirected east on Southwest Parkway and westbound traffic rerouted northbound on Texas Avenue.

Upon arrival, officers found a pickup truck, a sedan, and an SUV involved in the crash. The driver of the white sedan was transported to a local hospital, though their condition remains unknown. Tragically, the passenger of the sedan was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver and passenger of the white pickup truck sustained minor injuries and received medical attention at the site.
