1 Person Dead in Tulare Pedestrian Accident on 100 W Inyo Avenue

TULARE, CA (November 14, 2023) – Friday night, authorities arrested Felix Octavio Brambila after a fatal hit-and-run crash on 100 W Inyo Avenue.

The incident happened at around 6:30 p.m. in the 100 block of W Inyo Avenue.

According to the Tulare Police Department, a vehicle struck a pedestrian and then fled the scene without stopping to provide aid. Then, moments later, the driver returned to the scene.

As a result, paramedics rushed the 41-year-old female pedestrian to a local hospital where she was later pronounced dead.

Moreover, officers arrested the hit-and-run driver, Brambila was arrested on suspicion of felony hit-and-run.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
