Female Passenger Injured in Highway 101 Deadly Crash [Santa Rosa, CA]

Santa Rosa, CA (January 20, 2025) – A female passenger was injured in a Highway 101 deadly crash Sunday morning.

The fatal traffic crash happened around 4 a.m. north of Dry Creek Road.

Investigators said an Infiniti was speeding on the freeway when the male driver lost control and slid off the roadway hitting a tree. The impact of the collision caused the vehicle to go up in flames. 

The man died at the crash scene while the passenger was transported to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
