Injuries Sustained in Manhattan Beach Auto Accident near N Redondo Avenue and Rosecrans Avenue

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA (February 9, 2026) – Saturday night, a fiery vehicle crash near N Redondo Avenue and Rosecrans Avenue led to multiple injuries.

The incident occurred just after 7:45 p.m. near N Redondo Avenue and Rosecrans Avenue, said the Manhattan Beach Fire Department.

Firefighters said two cars collided at an intersection, causing one vehicle to catch fire and veer into a three-story office building.

Eight people were inside the vehicles at the time of the crash. All suffered minor injuries, and none required hospitalization, according to firefighters.

The building sustained some structural damage, though the extent is still being evaluated. Officials with the Los Angeles County Department of Building and Safety will assess the building’s integrity. Fire officials said no one was inside the building at the time.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation. Multiple fire units responded, and tow trucks were called to remove the vehicles.
