Odessa, TX (September 9, 2026) — 32-year-old Leeroy Gardea died after a collision with a Ford F-250 in Odessa.

According to Odessa police, Gardea was riding south on Grandview at about 2:23 p.m. when the motorcycle collided with a blue Ford F-250 at the intersection of 61st Street and Grandview. Police said the pickup driver attempted to turn left from a stop sign but failed to yield to the motorcycle.

Gardea suffered serious injuries and was transported to Medical Center Hospital, where he later died.

Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
