According to authorities, the shocking incident happened around 7:30 a.m. in the parking lot at 4700 McMasters Avenue.

Reports say that a teenager suffered minor injuries after being struck by a vehicle behind Hannibal Middle School.

Police said the teen was walking through the lot when a vehicle hit them.

Family members transported the teen to a nearby hospital for treatment. The driver was not injured.
