Firefighter Glenn Collins Dead in Lone Pine Dam Road Collision [Phoenix, AZ]

Phoenix, AZ (October 4, 2025) – Glenn Collins, 46, a firefighter EMT with Timber Mesa Fire and Medical District, was killed in a Lone Pine Dam Road collision Friday morning.

It was before 7 a.m. on October 3 when the deadly crash between a motorcyclist and a truck happened.

Immediately, the motorcyclist, Glenn Collins, was rushed to the hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

There is no information if the truck driver, a 21-year-old Show Low woman, was hurt in the crash.

Moreover, the department lost two of its firefighters in a head-on collision last month.
