RIALTO, CA (November 14, 2023) – Saturday afternoon, authorities arrested Haloman Tellez-Zelaya after a fatal motorcycle crash on West Foothill Boulevard.

The incident happened at around 12:15 p.m. on the 1400 block of West Foothill Boulevard, near the Renaissance Center shopping mall.

According to reports, a westbound motorcycle collided with a Nissan Maxima that was attempting to make a U-turn from eastbound Foothill Boulevard in front of the motorcycle.

Moreover, responders pronounced the motorcyclist, dead at the scene.

Furthermore, officers arrested the driver of the Nissan on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter, and was booked into jail on $500,000 bail.
