Head-On Crash Near Missouri WW Injures 2 People [Callaway County, MO]

Callaway County, MO (November 4, 2025) — Two people suffered serious injuries Saturday evening in a head-on crash near Missouri WW, east of County Road 259.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 6:33 p.m. when an 18-year-old driver in a 2012 Ford Fiesta crossed the centerline and collided with a 1999 Dodge 1500 driven by a 49-year-old.

Both vehicles stopped in the roadway after the impact. Callaway County EMS transported both drivers to University Hospital for treatment of serious injuries. Reports confirm that both drivers were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.
